King came to us as a two year old, and was sold on later that year when we found we had too many horses to cope. We found him again as a five year old, and we aim to race him to G1 by the end of the year. Here's The King strikingly resembles his sire, Royal Red Richard, in the sense that they both have a burning passion for running. King can become a little aggressive and hard to handle some times, but he also has a softer side and can be a joy around the barn - sometimes. His feisty love of racing, and his will to win, is his greatest attribute, so King tends to bond with his rider, and that's what shows when King gallops to victory.

Royal Red Richard is a Hall of Fame Inductee, winner of the Universal Cup and Breeder's Cup Classic. He retired with a record of 58-34-15-4. He is sire of G1 sprinter Pegasus Wings and Here's The King. Not much is known about Here's Hell.
