We were very lucky to snag Lolly. With her ridiculously good bloodlines, it was a wonder Kingfischer Stud wanted to be rid of her, and a total shock that Stride Of Perfection Stables wasn't interested. When we first brought her home, Lolly was quite timid and not really interested in connecting to anyone. Then she was introduced to her half sister, Simply A Flyer, and the two hit it off right away. It was decided that Flyer would work with Lolly until she was further into her pregnancy and could no longer be worked, at which time Lolly would be introduced to Justa Muffin. Lolly is quite intelligent, and is quite capable of peculiar things the vast majority of horses aren't. She's not very affectionate, preferring the company of other horses to her human handlers, but has never been known to be aggressive, either. She does, however, manage to dazzle everyone and everything she meets, which she seems oblivious to. On the track, she is very spirited, but focuses only on her work. Nevermind all the other horses and people, they don't matter to her - she's only interested in passing the finish line before the rest, and will do everything in her power to do so.

Lolly can run anywhere in the field, it just depends on the competition. She prefers to break fast, and settle behind the leaders. She is, however, capable of running at the very front and the very back as well. Depending on what position she has taken in the race, Lolly will usually make her move between 2.5 and 1.5 furlongs from the finish. This also depends on the length of the race - longer races usually start making their moves earlier, while shorter races usually start a bit later.
